After last month's success at Stockbridge Market, we've scheduled another date as promised. We'll be there on Sunday the 28th of February from 10 am - 5 pm with all our handcrafted raw cheeses and spreads. There will be plenty of tasters if you've never tried our cheese or are just curious what your next favourite might be! Help us spread the word and we look forward to seeing you there.

Here's a preview of our latest cheese: The Volcanic - Sottocenere Black Ash. Using ancient techniques of artisanal Italian and French goat cheese makers, we lowered the acidity of the cheese and formed the rind during the natural ageing process.
